What Maintenance Provides

Active maintenance helps teams stay current without treating every update or support request as a one-off purchasing event. It provides access to future product updates, helps avoid productivity loss from unsupported software, and keeps support available when your team needs help with a production environment.

How to Purchase or Renew

You can add a maintenance plan when you initially purchase a netLD perpetual license. Maintenance terms are available in 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year increments. Contact your LogicVein sales representative when you need to add, renew, or expand maintenance coverage.

Existing customers with active maintenance receive a reminder from LogicVein three months before the maintenance term expires, giving teams time to plan renewals before support or update access is interrupted.
