netLD Subscription License
LogicVein offers netLD subscription licensing for teams that want per-device access to network configuration management, automation, compliance, and change-control capabilities without committing everything to a perpetual license model.
Subscription licensing is especially useful for MSPs, service providers, and organizations that want subscription terms while still managing usage against a defined licensed capacity.
Pay for managed device usage
- Per-node model based on licensed managed device capacity
- Usage is measured against the capacity purchased for the deployment
- Support MSP and service-provider environments with SmartBridge
Plan licensing as operating expense
- Useful for OPEX-oriented purchasing and periodic renewal planning
- Renewal and billing terms can align with the way your organization buys software
- Helps teams standardize configuration backup, change control, compliance, and automation
Works for connected or offline deployments
- Access control helps maintain customer and operational separation
- Offline deployments can report usage quarterly without opening the system to licensing services
- Subscription usage still has a licensed capacity ceiling
- Subscription terms and renewals are defined during purchase or quote planning

How Subscription Licensing Works
Subscription licenses are based on managed device capacity. Like perpetual licenses, subscriptions have a licensed usage ceiling. Connected deployments can validate licensing automatically; offline or restricted deployments can stay isolated while reporting usage on a regular schedule.
- Managed device usage is measured against the licensed capacity purchased for the deployment.
- If the environment grows beyond that capacity, the subscription can be adjusted through the quote or renewal process.
- Offline customers report node usage each quarter using the Export Usage option in the Help > About window.
- Billing and renewal terms are defined during the subscription purchase or quote process.
Subscription or Perpetual?
Subscription licensing can fit teams that prefer operating expense planning, periodic renewal, or MSP-style customer growth. Perpetual licensing may fit teams that prefer an upfront software purchase with a separate maintenance plan.
